1. Terms of Service
Welcome to ASIN Station (asinstation.com), operated by ASIN Station (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Amazon storefront tracking and reverse sourcing service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
1.2 Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.
1.3 Free Trial & Billing
We offer a 7-day free trial to all new customers. After the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Billing is handled securely by a third-party payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record. The specific payment processor will be identified at checkout.
1.4 Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse our service for unlawful purposes, abuse our data, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, reverse-engineer our platform, or interfere with normal operation.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology used in our service are owned by ASIN Station or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for its intended purpose.
1.6 Disclaimers
Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or that our service will meet your specific needs.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASIN Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines.
1.9 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim relating to these Terms or our services through good-faith negotiations by contacting us at support@asinstation.com. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) arbitration rules, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitration shall take place in Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
1.10 Third-Party Trademarks and Services
Amazon, Google, and Keepa are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement. Our service may display third-party trademarks and content (such as Amazon and Google logos) solely to indicate functionality — for example, linking to Amazon product pages or initiating a Google search. We follow each brand’s published usage guidelines and do not modify their official assets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Google LLC, or Keepa GmbH. All product data retrieved via the Keepa API is subject to Keepa’s API terms and any applicable Amazon data usage policies. Users of our service are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with those terms.

We offer a 7-day free trial before any charges are made. If you do not wish to continue after your trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
Once your paid subscription begins, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds may be issued in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or service outages exceeding 48 hours.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
